These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renovizzion Widget — an embeddable AI renovation visualizer and lead-capture tool — and the Renovizzion Business Portal at app.renovizzion.com/portal (together, the "Service"), operated by Renovizzion ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating a Portal account, subscribing to a plan, or embedding the Widget on a website, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the business or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be authorized to bind the business or organization on whose behalf you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Portal login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@renovizzion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service lets you embed an interactive visualizer (the "Widget") on your own website. Visitors to your website can upload a photo, describe or select a renovation style, and receive an AI-generated "after" visualization. To view the rendered result, the visitor provides an email address, which — along with the before/after images — is delivered to you as a lead, so you can follow up about your own products or services.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes connected to your own legitimate business. You must not:
Starter, Advanced and Pro plans display "Powered by Renovizzion" attribution within the Widget. Enterprise plans may enable White-Label branding (your logo and accent color) and remove this attribution, subject to the settings available on your plan in the Portal.
The Widget captures a visitor's photo, email address, and project details and delivers them to you as a lead. You are solely responsible for: (a) having a lawful basis and adequate privacy disclosures on your own website to collect and use this information, (b) how you contact and communicate with leads generated through the Widget, and (c) complying with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or CASL) in any follow-up communication. Renovizzion is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, the business relationship between you and your leads.
Visualizations generated by the Service are created using artificial intelligence and are illustrative concepts only — they do not constitute architectural plans, engineering assessments, or binding estimates. Renovizzion makes no representations about the accuracy, feasibility, or cost of any renovation depicted. You are responsible for how you present AI-generated renders to your own customers, including making clear that they are conceptual and not a guaranteed final result.
The Service, the Widget's software, and the Renovizzion name and logo (excluding your own branding assets and end-visitor-submitted photos) are the intellectual property of Renovizzion and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Subject to an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed and display the Widget on websites you own or operate.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THOSE OF YOUR WEBSITE'S VISITORS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENOVIZZION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST BUSINESS OR LOST LEADS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your Widget will stop functioning and any unused top-up renders will be forfeited. You may cancel your own account at any time through the Billing Portal or by contacting info@renovizzion.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
