This Privacy Policy explains how Renovizzion ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the Renovizzion Widget and Business Portal (together, the "Service"). It applies to two groups: businesses that subscribe to embed the Widget on their website ("Customers"), and visitors who interact with the Widget on a Customer's website ("End Visitors"). Please read the section below that applies to you.
When an End Visitor uses the Widget on a Customer's website, we collect the photo they upload, their email address, the project type and any description they enter, and the resulting AI-generated image. This information is collected on behalf of, and is shared with, the Customer operating that website, so the Customer can follow up with them about their own products or services — this is the core purpose of the Widget. We also use it to generate the visualization, notify the Customer of the new lead, and — only if the Customer has enabled this feature — send the End Visitor a copy of their photos along with the Customer's contact information.
If you are an End Visitor: the website where you used the Widget is operated by an independent business (our Customer), not by Renovizzion. That business chose to offer the Widget on its site and receives your information as a lead. Please also refer to that business's own privacy policy for how it will use your information after receiving it.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
We retain Customer account information for as long as the account is active, and lead data (End Visitor photos, emails, and generated images) for as long as the associated Customer's account remains active, so Customers can access their lead history in the Portal. Customers may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time via the Portal or by contacting info@renovizzion.com. End Visitors may also contact us directly to request deletion of their information; because that information was collected as a lead for a specific Customer, we may direct or forward such requests to the relevant Customer where appropriate, and will process requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Customers can exercise these rights via the Portal or by contacting us. End Visitors may contact us directly at info@renovizzion.com; because we may not be able to independently verify an End Visitor's identity, we may direct certain requests to the Customer who received your information as a lead.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated to active Customers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
